Thanks to the generous contributions of the members at the organizations listed below, HOSPAC is better situated to help elect and build strong relationships with Texas legislators who can help when legislation is being written that affects the viability of Texas Hospital Association-member hospitals. In total, HOSPAC raised more than $228,000 in 2008.
Now more than ever, health care reform is a hot issue in the news and at the state and federal levels. How elected officials deal with this issue will have a dramatic effect on Texas hospitals. The 2009 HOSPAC goal is $267,000.
