Contribution Guidelines:

  • HOSPAC’s annual membership campaign and recognition program is based on the current calendar year.However, in order to receive recognition and admittance at all of HOSPAC’s events throughout the year your contribution or pledge needs to be made as early as possible.And, in order to receive recognition at THA’s annual leadership conference in October, your contribution or pledge must be made by September 30.

  • Automatic recurring credit card or bank draft donors will receive automatic recognition at their chosen level upon enrollment.

  • Automatic recurring credit card or bank payment can begin any time during the annual contribution cycle. Please complete and return the HOSPAC Brochure Reply Form or call Lisa Kepple at 512/465-1047.

  • Due to federal election laws, the hospital CEO first must authorize solicitation of employees; then only executive, managerial and administrative level employees may contribute to a Federal PAC. Inappropriate contributions will be returned.
